For 20 years, she has helped organizations move from ideas to implementation by translating complexity into clarity—launching national programs, bridging partners and processes, and designing convenings that drive community‑centered outcomes. ​​​

Her signature interactive workshop, ​Flourishing Forward™: Restoration as Strategy for High‑Impact Women Leaders, reframes restoration as a leadership discipline essential for sustainable impact. The engaging experience integrates practical frameworks for longevity, capacity, and environment.

With a storied career in grants and public health, Jennifer holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree specializing in global breast cancer screening and a Graduate Certificate in International Studies from Howard University, MBA from Walden University, Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Florida A&M University, and is a licensed financial professional and Certified Life Coach to reinforce her ability to empower clients and communities.

 

Jennifer leveraged the depth of her interdisciplinary experiences to found Renewell, a nonprofit fostering women-centered wellness and development experiences at the intersection of cultural richness and community impact.​​

Beyond her professional achievements, Jennifer proudly embraces her role as mom of two, finding balance and inspiration from her family.
